Unfortunately, tomorrow's East Mids XC at Colwick Woods (8th February) has had to be cancelled as the course is too wet, with too many fallen trees, making it unsafe to run. The next and final race of the series will now be next Sunday, 22nd February at West Park, Long Eaton, 11 am.

Redhill returned to Holme Pierrepont on Sunday 1st February, for the second race of the East Midlands XC Series, a venue which has been off the calendar in recent years due to flooding. Ladies: 8 runners took part, with Vet Ladies A finishing 1st on the day, Vet Ladies B 4th, and Senior Women A 8th. Redhill Road Runners made an excellent start to the 2026 season at the Nottinghamshire Cross Country Championships, held at Bulwell Hall Park on Saturday 3rd January. ​Entries are now open for Midland Counties Cross Country Championships 2026. This race on Saturday 24th January 2026, at Mallory Park Racing Circuit, Leicestershire, also includes the Midland Masters Championships.  ​ Senior women run 8k, with a start at 1.40pm, and senior men run 12k with a start at 3.00pm.
