Membership Information

Following a vote at the EGM on 26 November 2025, it was agreed that the annual membership fee will increase to £40 from 2026 to accommodate England Athletics price rises.

All membership fees cover the calendar year (1 January – 31 December 2026).

Please note: We are unable to accept members under the age of 18.

Please note: We cannot accept cash payments for membership.

Membership Renewals

Members will be contacted when it is time to renew, usually around November each year.

To renew your membership:

Pay your membership fee (see prices above).
Email the Membership Secretary at membershipredhill@gmail.com (or use the “Contact Membership Secretary” link on the website) to confirm your intention to renew, and that payment has been made.
If your emergency contact details have changed in the past year, please complete the In Case of Emergencies form at the bottom of the page.

Failure to Renew by 1 April

If your renewal fee is not received by 1 April, the following will apply:

You are no longer insured or permitted to run with the club.
Your England Athletics membership and benefits will cease.
You will not be eligible to run in any Summer League events. Running while not a member risks the entire club being disqualified.

Thinking of joining Redhill Road Runners?

Your first two weeks of training sessions are free. Simply come along on a club night and introduce yourself to one of the coaches.
