Annual General Meeting and Awards Night

All members are warmly invited to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Awards Evening at Mapperley Plains Social Club on Wenesday 25th March 2026 at 8pm.

The evening will be a chance to celebrate another fantastic year of running together.

We will:

- Review the previous meeting minutes.

- Address issues arising from last year's minutes.

- Approve the minutes from the last AGM.

This will be followed by reports from the committee.

We will elect officers for the coming year.

This will be followed by food and the awards for 2025.
