The format for scoring will be the same as previous years!
• Best 2 County Championship Races
• Best 2 Cross Country
• Best 2 Summer League
• Age grade parkrun (Beeston this year)
• 7 additional races (Weston 5, Easter 10k, Erewash HM, Brookside Bash 10m, Calke Abbey 10k, Robin Hood HM, National XC Relays)
To qualify for a finishing position, you will need to do a minimum of:
• 1 County Championship race
• 1 Summer League
• 1 Cross Country
• Beeston Parkrun
Age Groups for the Grand Prix will be:
• SM, M35, M45, M55, M65
• SL, L35, L45, L55, L65
