Summer League Fixtures 2022.
Race 1 - Southwell (Hexgreave). 20th April. Race 2 - Holme Pierrepont. 11th May. Race 3 - Wollaton Park. 15th June. Race 4 - Worksop. 13th July. Race 5 and presentations - Teversal. 3rd August.

For those relatively new to the club, the Summer League is an inter-club competition. Each race is 5 miles to 10k max. To compete just make sure you run in your Redhill Road runners vest. When you cross the finish line you will be given a finish token. Give that token to me or another "responsible" Redhill club official and tell me your name and age (for your age category). I will then complete a declaration sheet for all Redhill members.
All races take place on a Wednesday night and start at 7.15. There are individual prizes in all the age categories (although you must run all 5 races to get a final position) and there are team prizes for male and female senior and vets teams.
In 2019 (when the series last took place) there were about 350 men and 150-200 women in each race. Remember they are all club runners and you have to be a paid up member of Redhill to compete and you must wear your club vest.
County champs events for 2022 will be-
Half Marathon - Retford. March 5k - Newstead abbey Dash 10k - Notts 10k (Formula 1 Jageimister). Marathon- to be confirmed.
Remember to tick the box on the entry form if you qualify for the county champs.
